1. Promoter

The Spring Mega Flooring Sale is conducted by:

2. Promotion period

The Spring Mega Flooring Sale begins on 20/09/2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 22/10/2026, New Zealand local time, or earlier if all allocated promotional stock sells out.

Individual products, colours or quantities may sell out before the overall promotion ends. The availability of one product does not guarantee the availability of another.

3. Promotion scope: Auckland and nationwide

The Spring Mega Flooring Sale is a promotion on selected products. It is not a guarantee that every product, brand or service in the store is discounted.

Auckland showroom offers: Selected carpet, laminate, Hybrid/SPC, engineered timber and other flooring products are included only where they are specifically advertised or confirmed by Floor Decor as part of this promotion. The applicable product, price, quantity, supply format and any product-specific conditions will be confirmed before purchase. Free Auckland measure and quote services are subject to section 14. Installation is not included in supply-only prices.

Nationwide Deko offers: The nationwide promotional supply offer applies only to selected, available colours and quantities from Deko Style X, Deko Extreme Flex, Deko Natural and selected Deko Natural Herringbone products specifically confirmed by Floor Decor.

Free depot delivery: The nationwide delivery benefit applies only to qualifying Deko flooring orders under sections 6–9. Carpet, laminate, engineered timber, other brands, trims, accessories and installation materials do not automatically qualify or count towards the Deko delivery minimum.

Products or services not specifically identified as included in the promotion are excluded.

4. Promotional prices and supply format

The advertised Deko promotional prices are:

• Deko Style X — $42.00 per m² including GST.
• Deko Extreme Flex — $49.90 per m² including GST.
• Deko Natural — $52.00 per m² including GST.

Selected Deko Natural Herringbone products are included only where specifically advertised or confirmed. Available colours and the applicable Herringbone price must be confirmed before ordering.

Deko prices are for flooring supply only and require purchase in full boxes. The final invoiced quantity and amount will be rounded up to the number of full boxes required. Installation, trims, stair nosings, floor preparation, moisture barriers, adhesives and accessories are excluded unless expressly included in a written quotation.

Other selected Auckland showroom products have their own advertised or quoted prices and supply units. They do not automatically carry the Deko prices or full-box ordering rules. Floor Decor will confirm the relevant unit of sale, quantity and any minimum cutting or ordering requirements before the order is accepted.

Prices advertised on this promotion page include GST unless expressly stated otherwise. Any additional quoted charges will be disclosed before the customer confirms the order.

5. Promotional stock availability

All promotional products are subject to available stock, colours and quantities.

Some colours have limited promotional quantities. Replenishment at the promotional price is not guaranteed.

Requesting samples, submitting an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not reserve stock.

Promotional stock is reserved only after:

1. Floor Decor has confirmed the required quantity is available.
2. The customer has accepted the order or quotation.
3. Floor Decor has received the required payment or deposit.
4. Floor Decor has issued written order confirmation.

No rainchecks or backorders are available at the promotional price unless Floor Decor expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Where sufficient stock is no longer available, Floor Decor may offer:

• An available alternative colour.
• An available alternative Deko range.
• A revised quantity.
• A refund of any payment received for the unavailable product.

6. Minimum order for free nationwide depot delivery

Standard freight to the customer’s nearest Mainfreight depot is included on qualifying orders containing at least 30m² of eligible Deko flooring.

The minimum quantity may consist of more than one eligible Deko range or colour, provided that all products are:

• Purchased on one invoice.
• Available for dispatch together.
• Transported as one consignment.
• Delivered to one confirmed Mainfreight depot.

Orders below 30m² may still be purchased at the applicable promotional flooring price, but freight will be quoted separately.

The free depot delivery benefit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for an additional product discount, refund or store credit.

7. Selection of the nearest Mainfreight depot

Floor Decor will arrange delivery to the Mainfreight depot closest to the customer’s delivery address or postcode.

The customer must provide an accurate delivery address or postcode so that the correct depot can be identified.

Before the order is finalised, Floor Decor will confirm:

• The name of the Mainfreight depot.
• The depot’s collection address.
• That customer collection will be required.
• The flooring quantity and stock availability.
• The total order price.

Floor Decor will not intentionally direct the flooring to a more distant depot where a closer Mainfreight depot is available for collection.

If more than one Mainfreight depot is located near the customer, Floor Decor will confirm the closest practical collection location with the customer before payment.

In the unusual event that the closest depot is temporarily unavailable or unable to receive the consignment, Floor Decor will contact the customer before dispatch and agree on the next closest available Mainfreight depot.

If the customer requests a different depot after the delivery location has already been confirmed, any additional transfer, freight or handling cost may be payable by the customer.

8. What depot delivery includes and Auckland pickup

Included nationwide depot delivery covers standard freight from Floor Decor to the confirmed Mainfreight depot closest to the customer.

It does not include:

• Delivery from the depot to the customer’s home.
• Delivery to a business or construction site.
• Inside delivery.
• Rural door delivery.
• Delivery upstairs or between different levels.
• Tail lift, HIAB or specialist unloading services.
• Transfer to another depot after dispatch.
• Split deliveries.
• Storage charges.
• Re-delivery charges.
• Labour or transport required after collection.

Home, business or building site delivery may be quoted separately where available.

Auckland pickup: Supply-only customers may arrange collection with Floor Decor. The collection address, readiness, time and any loading requirements must be confirmed before arrival; the collection point may differ from the showroom. Customers must arrange suitable transport and secure the load safely. Choosing pickup does not convert the free depot-delivery benefit into a cash payment or additional discount.

9. Customer collection from the nearest depot

The customer is responsible for collecting the flooring from the confirmed Mainfreight depot after being advised that the consignment is ready.

The customer must:

• Collect the order within the period advised by Mainfreight or Floor Decor.
• Bring any identification or collection reference required by the depot.
• Use a suitable ute, van, trailer or other vehicle.
• Follow the depot’s safety and loading procedures.
• Check the carton quantity before leaving.
• Safely secure and protect the flooring during onward transport.

Flooring orders can be heavy. Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transport and any assistance required after collection.

Any storage, transfer, handling or re-delivery charges resulting from delayed or failed collection are payable by the customer.

Once the customer has collected the flooring, the customer is responsible for its safe transport from the depot. This does not remove any rights relating to loss or damage that occurred before collection.

10. Dispatch and delivery timeframes

Any dispatch, transit or arrival date provided by Floor Decor is an estimate unless Floor Decor has expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Timeframes may be affected by:

• Stock availability.
• Payment clearance.
• Order processing requirements.
• Carrier schedules and capacity.
• Public holidays.
• Seasonal freight volumes.
• Road closures.
• Weather conditions.
• Events outside Floor Decor’s reasonable control.

Floor Decor will use reasonable care to prepare and dispatch confirmed orders and will provide updates where material delays become known.

Customers should not schedule installers or remove existing flooring until the new flooring has arrived, been collected and been inspected. Nothing in this section removes any applicable right concerning delivery at an agreed time or within a reasonable time where no timeframe is agreed.

11. Freight damage and shortages

Customers should inspect the packaging and carton quantity when collecting the order.

Where visible damage, missing cartons or packaging concerns are identified, the customer should, where reasonably possible:

1. Record the issue with the depot before leaving.
2. Ask for the issue to be noted against the consignment.
3. Photograph the affected packaging and products.
4. Keep all relevant packaging.
5. Contact Floor Decor promptly.

Visible freight damage or shortages should preferably be reported to Floor Decor within 24 hours because prompt reporting assists with carrier investigation and freight claims.

Damage that was not reasonably visible at collection should be reported as soon as it is discovered.

The reporting request in this section does not remove or restrict any rights or remedies available under applicable New Zealand law. Products arranged for delivery by a New Zealand retailer must still meet the relevant consumer guarantees, including arriving in acceptable condition.

12. Free flooring samples

Customers may request up to five free Deko flooring samples, subject to product and colour availability.

The free sample offer is generally limited to one sample pack per household or project unless Floor Decor approves otherwise.

Ordering a sample does not reserve the corresponding flooring stock.

Samples, website photographs, room visualisations and screen colours are indicative only. Differences may occur because of:

• Lighting conditions.
• Screen settings.
• The small size of a sample.
• Natural pattern variation.
• Embossing and texture.
• Production-batch variation.
• Variation between individual planks.

Customers should view samples in the intended room and under different lighting conditions before selecting a colour. Images and visualisations are not a reason to substitute a materially different product: applicable rights relating to description, samples and acceptable quality remain unchanged.

13. Measurements, full-box quantities and wastage

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements unless Floor Decor has completed an onsite measure and expressly accepted responsibility for the calculated quantity.

Floor Decor may recommend additional flooring for:

• Cutting.
• Room shape.
• Plank direction.
• Installation pattern.
• Herringbone installation.
• Stairs.
• Future repairs.
• Accidental damage.
• Unusable offcuts.

Wastage requirements vary between projects and installers.

For Deko flooring, the final invoiced quantity is based on full boxes. Floor Decor cannot split boxes or invoice only the exact measured square metres where a full additional box is required. Supply quantities for other showroom products will be stated in the quotation.

Because the same colour or production batch may not be available later, customers are encouraged to retain spare planks after installation.

14. Auckland measure and installation services

A free measure and quote may be available for eligible residential projects within Floor Decor’s standard Auckland service area.

The service is subject to:

• Appointment availability.
• Safe and reasonable property access.
• The project being within the applicable service area.
• The customer providing accurate information about the property.
• Any additional site requirements identified during the appointment.

The free measure and quote does not include installation or floor preparation.

Installation, removal, disposal, floor preparation, moisture treatment, trims, stairs and other labour or materials will be separately quoted.

Any Auckland supply-and-install order is also subject to the specific payment, site and installation conditions stated in the customer’s written quotation.

15. Payment requirements

For nationwide or supply only promotional orders:

• The required payment or deposit must be received before stock is reserved.
• The full outstanding balance must be paid before dispatch.
• Freight will not be booked until cleared payment has been received.

For Auckland supply and install orders:

• The deposit and balance requirements will be stated in the written quotation.
• Promotional stock is not reserved until the required deposit has been received.

Any payment surcharge permitted by law will be disclosed before payment is completed.

16. Finance exclusions

Interest-free finance is not included with the advertised Deko Spring Sale prices. These prices cannot be combined with Q Card promotional finance, Q Mastercard promotional finance, interest-free payment terms, no-payment promotional periods or other promotional finance offers.

A customer seeking finance may request a separate quotation at the applicable non-promotional price and terms. This does not guarantee finance availability or approval.

Finance is not automatically included with other Auckland showroom offers. Any separate finance offer must be expressly advertised or confirmed in writing for the relevant product, with its applicable terms supplied before the customer commits.

17. Order amendments

Requests to change an order must be submitted to Floor Decor in writing as early as possible.

Any amendment is subject to:

• Available stock.
• The order’s processing status.
• Whether freight has already been booked.
• Any additional product, freight or handling cost.
• Whether the requested product remains available at the promotional price.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes may require:

• Return freight.
• Depot transfer charges.
• Re-delivery costs.
• Handling charges.
• Restocking charges.

Any additional costs will be explained before an amendment is accepted where reasonably possible.

18. Cancellations and change of mind returns

Deko promotional flooring is not automatically returnable or refundable because a customer:

• Changes their mind.
• Changes their project.
• Selects the wrong colour.
• Provides incorrect measurements.
• Orders more flooring than required.
• Finds a lower price elsewhere.
• No longer requires the flooring.
• Cannot collect the flooring from the depot.

Floor Decor may consider a change of mind cancellation or return before dispatch, but approval is not guaranteed.

Any approved return must normally be:

• Authorised by Floor Decor in writing before being returned.
• Unopened.
• Undamaged.
• In complete, full boxes.
• From the original supplied batch.
• Suitable for resale.
• Returned through the method instructed by Floor Decor.

Opened boxes, individual planks and partial boxes are not normally accepted for change of mind returns.

Approved change of mind cancellations or returns may be subject to reasonable:

• Return freight.
• Handling charges.
• Depot charges.
• Administrative charges.
• Restocking charges.
• Costs already incurred by Floor Decor.

Freight charges already incurred are not refundable for a change of mind cancellation.

Any different change-of-mind policy for another selected Auckland showroom product will be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in this section limits rights where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied, misdescribed or fail to meet an applicable statutory guarantee, or any cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Product inspection before installation

Customers and installers must inspect the flooring before and during installation.

Before beginning installation, customers should check:

• Product range.
• Colour name and code.
• Box labels.
• Batch information.
• Plank size.
• Surface finish.
• Click-lock profile, where applicable.
• Visible damage.
• Colour and pattern consistency.

Flooring with an obvious concern should not be installed.

If a concern becomes apparent during installation, installation should stop and Floor Decor should be contacted before additional flooring is installed.

Flooring should follow the installation guidelines for the purchased product, including the Deko guidelines where applicable. These cover requirements relating to:

• Subfloor condition and flatness.
• Moisture protection.
• Expansion gaps.
• Fixed cabinetry.
• Wet-area installation.
• Underfloor heating.
• Floor preparation.
• Suitable tools and installation methods.

Floor Decor is not responsible for problems caused solely by incorrect transportation, storage, handling, preparation or installation by the customer or a third party.

This does not remove any rights relating to an inherent product fault or another failure covered by New Zealand law.

20. Product warranties

The applicable written manufacturer or supplier warranty continues to apply to eligible promotional products. Deko promotional pricing does not shorten or remove an applicable written Deko warranty.

Warranty terms differ by range and product. They remain subject to the applicable conditions concerning suitability, installation, subfloor preparation, moisture management, care, residential or commercial use and stated exclusions. Customers should read the warranty for the actual product being purchased rather than assume one warranty applies to every range.

A manufacturer or supplier warranty operates in addition to any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and cannot replace or reduce those statutory protections.

21. Consumer rights

Nothing in these promotion terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under:

• The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
• The Fair Trading Act 1986.
• Other applicable New Zealand legislation.

Products supplied for personal or household use must meet the applicable statutory guarantees, including acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and consistency with their description.

22. Purchases for business purposes

Where a customer acquires flooring for business purposes, any agreement to contract out of the Consumer Guarantees Act must be separately agreed in writing and must meet the legal requirements for business to business contracting out.

These website promotion terms do not, by themselves, automatically contract out of the Consumer Guarantees Act for every business purchase.

Any applicable business-purchase conditions will be stated in the quotation, trade agreement or sales contract. Current New Zealand guidance requires a business to business contracting-out agreement to be written, agreed by both parties, and fair and reasonable.

23. Other promotions and discounts

Spring Mega Flooring Sale prices cannot be combined with:

• Trade pricing.
• Dealer pricing.
• Installer pricing.
• Another sale price.
• A promotional gift.
• A finance promotion.
• A discount code.
• Negotiated package pricing.
• Another delivery promotion.

An exception applies only where Floor Decor confirms the combined offer in writing.

24. Obvious errors

If an obvious typographical, technical, stock or pricing error appears on the website, advertisement, quotation or order, Floor Decor will contact the affected customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Where an order has not yet been accepted, Floor Decor may correct the error and provide the customer with the option to:

• Proceed with the corrected information.
• Select an alternative product.
• Cancel and receive a refund of any payment made.

Floor Decor will not use this section to retrospectively change a correctly confirmed order merely because the promotion later changes.

25. Promotion changes and early closure

Floor Decor may:

• Remove a colour after its allocated stock sells out.
• Close the promotion early if all allocated promotional stock has sold.
• Correct errors or clarify terms.
• Update the promotion for future orders.

Any update will apply from the date it is published and will not materially alter an existing confirmed order without the customer’s agreement.

26. Acceptance of terms

By confirming an order under the Spring Mega Flooring Sale, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review:

• The selected flooring and colour.
• The full-box quantity for Deko flooring, or the agreed supply quantity for other products.
• The total price.
• The payment requirements.
• The confirmed delivery or collection arrangement.
• These promotion terms.
• The applicable installation and warranty documentation.

The written order confirmation and quotation form part of the agreement between Floor Decor and the customer.
