🏠 Autumn Flooring Event - Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Autumn Flooring Event conducted by Floor Decor Ltd.

By placing an order under this promotion, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

Promotional discounts apply to selected products and ranges only and may vary by region and product category.

2. Minimum Order Requirement (Free Delivery)

A minimum order of 20 square metres (20m²) is required to qualify for Free Delivery under this promotion.

Orders below this threshold do not qualify for Free Delivery and may incur freight or handling charges.

3. Free Delivery Coverage

Free Delivery applies exclusively to Deko Range flooring products (minimum 20m²) delivered within selected major towns and cities across New Zealand, including but not limited to:

Ashburton, Auckland, Blenheim, Christchurch, Cromwell, Dunedin, Gisborne, Gore, Greymouth, Hamilton, Invercargill, Kaitaia, Levin, Masterton, Napier, Nelson, New Plymouth, Oamaru, Palmerston North, Queenstown, Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga, Thames, Timaru, Wanaka, Wellington, Whakatane, Whanganui, and Whangarei.

Free Delivery applies strictly within standard metropolitan and township boundaries.

Customers outside these areas must confirm eligibility and any additional charges prior to order confirmation.

4. Rural & Remote Deliveries

Rural, remote, island-based, or limited-access locations are not automatically eligible for Free Delivery.

Additional freight charges may apply depending on accessibility and carrier coverage.

Customers are responsible for confirming rural classification prior to dispatch.

5. Delivery Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Deliveries are kerbside only
• Drivers are not required to carry goods inside buildings or upstairs
• Delivery addresses must be safely accessible by standard freight vehicles
• Someone must be present to inspect and sign for goods

Re-delivery fees may apply where delivery fails due to site access or absence.

All goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Any damage or discrepancy must be reported in writing within 24 hours.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery dates are estimates only and subject to:

• Freight scheduling
• Stock availability
• Seasonal demand
• Weather or unforeseen operational delays
• Public holidays

Floor Decor is not liable for delays caused by third-party freight providers or events beyond reasonable control.

7. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Deliveries outside eligible zones
• Rural or remote locations
• Difficult-access sites
• Failed delivery attempts
• Special handling requirements (tail-lift, HIAB, multi-level delivery)

All additional costs must be confirmed prior to dispatch.

8. Auckland Region Promotion

Customers located within the Auckland metropolitan area may receive:

• Free In-Home Measure & Quote
• Free Delivery on Deko flooring (20m² minimum)
• Up to 50% OFF selected SPC, Timber, Laminate & Carpet ranges
• Interest-Free Finance (subject to approval)

Carpet promotional pricing applies to in-store purchases only and does not automatically qualify for Free Delivery outside Auckland.

9. Rest of New Zealand Promotion

Customers outside Auckland may receive:

• Free Delivery on Deko flooring (20m² minimum, selected cities only)
• Up to 50% OFF selected Deko Hybrid SPC ranges
• Interest-Free Finance (subject to approval)

Free Delivery does not automatically apply to non-Deko products unless confirmed in writing.

10. Eligible Products

This promotion applies to selected flooring products only.

Deko range products include:

• Deko Natural
• Deko Extreme Flex

Clearance items (including Deko Style X), non-Deko brands, accessories, trims, adhesives, and underlays do not automatically qualify for promotional benefits unless expressly stated.

11. Promotional Bonus – Free Bona Mop

Customers purchasing 40m² or more of qualifying hardwood flooring products during the promotional period are eligible to receive one (1) complimentary Bona Mop.

For the purpose of this promotion, “hardwood flooring” refers to hard-surface flooring products including:

• SPC (Stone Plastic Composite)
• Laminate flooring
• Engineered or natural timber flooring

Conditions:

• Minimum 40m² must be purchased on a single invoice
• One (1) Bona Mop per qualifying order
• Offer applies to flooring products only (excludes carpet)
• Gift is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
• Available while stocks last
• Floor Decor reserves the right to substitute with a product of similar value if unavailable

This bonus cannot be combined with other gift-based promotions unless confirmed in writing.

12. Stock Availability & Order Processing

Orders are processed only upon receipt of required payment and confirmation of stock availability.

In the event of supply delays or temporary stock shortages, customers will be notified and provided alternative options or revised timeframes.

Floor Decor reserves the right to cancel or amend orders where stock becomes unavailable.

13. Order Cancellations & Returns

Order amendments or cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days prior to dispatch.

Orders cancelled after dispatch may incur restocking, return freight, and administrative charges.

Returns are accepted only for unopened, undamaged goods in resalable condition and are subject to approval.

Custom or special order items are non-refundable unless required by law.

14. Interest-Free Finance (Q Card & Q Mastercard)

Finance is provided by Q Card or Q Mastercard and is subject to credit approval and lending criteria.

Available Terms:

• 6 Months – No payments, interest-free (min. $199)
• 12 Months – Interest-free (min. $199)
• 18 Months – Interest-free + 4% surcharge (min. $500)
• 24 Months – Interest-free + 6% surcharge (min. $500)
• 36 Months – Interest-free + 7% surcharge (min. $750)

Fees may include:

• Annual account fee
• Establishment fee
• Advance fee

If the balance is not paid in full by the end of the interest-free term, standard interest rates apply.

Finance terms may be amended or withdrawn by the finance provider without notice.

15. Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery and signed receipt of goods.

Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand legislation.

16. Promotion Changes

Floor Decor reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time.
