1. Minimum Order Requirements

• A minimum order of 40 square metres (40sqm) is required to qualify for the promotional free delivery offer.

• Orders below this threshold require prior approval and may incur additional freight or handling fees.

2. Free Delivery Locations

• Free delivery applies exclusively to the following major towns and cities across New Zealand: Ashburton, Auckland, Blenheim, Christchurch, Cromwell, Dunedin, Gisborne, Gore, Greymouth, Hamilton, Invercargill, Kaitaia, Levin, Masterton, Napier, Nelson, New Plymouth, Oamaru, Palmerston North, Queenstown, Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga, Thames, Timaru, Wanaka, Wellington, Whakatane, Whanganui, Whangarei and many more!

• Free delivery applies strictly within standard metropolitan and township limits only.

• Customers unsure whether their address falls within free delivery zones must confirm eligibility with our sales team prior to placing orders.

3. Rural & Remote Area Deliveries

• Deliveries to rural, remote, or island-based locations are not automatically eligible for free delivery.

• Rural deliveries may incur additional freight charges depending on the exact delivery location and availability of our freight partners.

• Customers are responsible for confirming rural/remote zone eligibility and additional charges with our sales team before confirming the order.

4. Depot Collection

• Customers opting for depot collection must coordinate pickup arrangements in advance.

• Availability of depot locations must be confirmed with our sales team upon order confirmation.

• Depot storage beyond agreed collection dates may incur storage fees.

5. Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery dates provided upon order confirmation are estimated only and subject to change.

• Actual delivery timeframes may be impacted by various factors including:

  • Freight company schedules

  • Product availability and supply chain delays

  • Seasonal demand fluctuations

  • Weather conditions and natural events

  • Public holidays or unexpected logistical events

• Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient lead-time for their project timelines.

6. Delivery Conditions

• Standard deliveries are strictly kerbside only unless alternative arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon and confirmed in writing prior to dispatch.

• Delivery personnel are not obliged to carry goods inside properties, up stairs, or into specific rooms without prior agreement.

• Delivery addresses must be safely accessible by standard delivery vehicles (trucks).

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the goods.

• If no recipient is present, re-delivery charges may apply.

• All delivered goods must be checked immediately upon arrival for visible damage or discrepancies. Claims or notifications of damage must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

7. Additional Delivery Charges

Additional delivery charges may apply under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Deliveries outside standard free delivery zones (as defined in section 2).

• Rural or remote locations.

• Sites with restricted or difficult access.

• Failed delivery attempts requiring redelivery.

• Special delivery requirements (e.g., HIAB trucks, cranes, tail-lift vehicles).

• Additional labour requested beyond standard kerbside delivery.

8. Stock Availability & Order Fulfilment

• Orders will be processed only after receiving full payment or the agreed-upon deposit, and confirming stock availability.

• In cases where ordered stock becomes temporarily unavailable or delayed due to supply issues, customers will be notified promptly with estimated timelines and alternative product options.

9. Order Cancellations, Amendments, & Refunds

• Requests for order changes, postponements, or cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled dispatch date.

• Cancellations or amendments after dispatch may incur restocking charges, return freight fees, and other costs associated with returning goods.

• Refunds for returned or cancelled orders after dispatch will be processed minus all incurred charges, subject to our discretion and returned goods being undamaged, unopened, and in resalable condition.

10. Liability & Risk

• We accept no liability for delays, loss, or damage resulting from third-party freight carriers, access limitations at delivery addresses, or factors beyond our control.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer immediately upon delivery of goods and signing for receipt.

11. Promotion Eligibility & Restrictions

• This promotional free delivery offer exclusively applies to Deko-branded flooring products.

• Orders including non-Deko products or products from other brands are not automatically eligible and may incur standard delivery charges unless otherwise agreed.

• This promotional offer cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

12. Interest-Free Finance Terms (Q Card & Q Mastercard)

• Long-term finance is offered exclusively through Q Card and Q Mastercard, subject to standard lending criteria and approval.

• Available plans and conditions:

  • 6 Months: No upfront payments, interest-free, minimum spend $199.

  • 12 Months: Interest-free repayments, minimum spend $199.

  • 18 Months: Interest-free with 4% surcharge on total invoice, minimum spend $500.

  • 24 Months: Interest-free with 6% surcharge, minimum spend $500.

  • 36 Months: Interest-free with 7% surcharge, minimum spend $750.

• Fees applicable to finance plans include:

  • $50 annual account fee, standard Q Card fees and charges.

  • $55 establishment fee for the first transaction, and $35 advance fee for subsequent transactions.

• Minimum monthly repayments required throughout all interest-free periods (3% of balance or $10, whichever is greater). Paying only minimum payments may leave an outstanding balance at the end of the interest-free period.

• Any outstanding balance at the end of the interest-free period will attract a standard interest rate of 28.95% p.a.

• Finance offers may be amended or withdrawn without notice by Q Card/Q Mastercard or our business.

13. Acceptance of Terms

• By placing an order and participating in this promotional offer, the customer explicitly agrees to and accepts all stated terms and conditions.

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with changes posted clearly on our promotional webpage.
